Proper battery maintenance
A new car battery lasts about 4-5 years but it is important to maintain it well. One of the main causes of battery deterioration that compromises their duration is SULPHATION . The cause of this chemical process is above all disuse because if the batteries are set aside or unused for medium-long periods with little charge inside them they deteriorate very quickly.
To avoid sulphation, just charge the battery optimally before disuse, then you need to periodically charge (every 2 months) the battery in such a way as to keep the battery always charged, only in this way the accumulator will not encounter sulphation.
